What payment services do you support?
Sign up and simply add your bank account information to accept or send ACH payments. In addition, you can pay your monthly subscriptions with all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Can I update my card details?
Yes. Go to the billing section within your account profile and update your payment information.
Is this a secure site for collecting and sending payments?
Absolutely! We work with top payment companies which guarantees your safety and security. All billing information is stored on our payment processing partner which has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Can I use Landlord Lane just for property owner leads?
Yes! You can use our services just to receive leads, but you must still pay the monthly base $35 subscription. We encourage you to use our full suite of software at some point as this will help property owners make better informed decisions about your business based on readily available data.
How long are your contracts?
Currently, we only offer monthly subscriptions. You can cancel your monthly account at any time with no further obligation.
Can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, not. Once subscribed, we do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason. However, you can cancel service at any time.
